Moadim l’simcha: May your times be happy!

Tip for Torah Nuggets I learn new basic about Moadim l’simcha.

Today is Day 4 of the Omer. 19th of Nisan, 5781.

What is Mo’adim lesimḥah (Moadim l’simcha)? This means greeting to use during the “Chol HaMoed ”* (ntermediate days) of the Passover and Sukkot holidays. *Chol HaMoed means “weekdays [of] the festival” more elaborate clarification: during the middle days of the festivals of Passover and Sukkot.

Greetings in Hebrew: Moadim l’simcha English: Joyous holidays “Festivals for joy.”  “times for joy,”. May your times be happy! May this time be joyful! They all are same.

Give thanksgiving ABBA YHWH, You have given us festivals of gladness (moadim l’simcha),
