DAY 40   HOD OF YESOD: Humility in Bonding
Thursday evening, May 6, we count forty days of the Omer.

Humility is crucial in healthy bonding. Arrogance divides people. Preoccupation with your own desires and needs separates you from others. Humility allows you to appreciate another person and bond with him. Healthy bonding is the union of two distinct people, with independent personalities, who join for a higher purpose than satisfying their own needs. True humility comes from recognizing and acknowledging G-d in your life. Am I aware of the third partner – G-d – in bonding? And that this partner gives me the capacity to unite with another, despite our distinctions.
Exercise for the day:  When praying acknowledge G-d specifically for helping you bond with others.

Again we read Psalms 103 TLV tonight.

As a Father Has Compassion

Psalm 103 TLV

Of David.
Bless Adonai, O my soul,
and all that is within me, bless His holy Name.
Bless Adonai, O my soul,
and forget not all His benefits:
He forgives all your iniquity.
He heals all your diseases.
He redeems your life from the Pit.
He crowns you with lovingkindness and compassions.
He satisfies your years with good things,
so that your youth is renewed like an eagle.

Adonai executes justice—
judgments for all who are oppressed.
He made His ways known to Moses,
His deeds to the children of Israel.
Adonai is compassionate and gracious,
slow to anger, and plentiful in mercy.
He will not always accuse,
nor will He keep His anger forever.
10 He has not treated us according to our sins,
or repaid us according to our iniquities.
11 For as high as the heavens are above the earth,
so great is His mercy for those who fear Him.
12 As far as the east is from the west,
so far has He removed our transgressions from us.
13 As a father has compassion on his children,
so Adonai has compassion on those who fear Him.
14 For He knows our frame.
He remembers that we are but dust.
15 As for man, his days are like grass—
he flourishes like a flower of the field,
16 but when the wind blows over it, it is gone,
and its place is no longer known.
17 But the mercy of Adonai is from everlasting to everlasting
    on those who revere Him,
His righteousness to children’s children,
18 to those who keep His covenant,
who remember to observe His instructions.

19 Adonai has set up His throne in the heavens,
and His kingdom rules over all.
20 Bless Adonai, you angels of His:
mighty in strength, performing His word,
upon hearing the utterance of His word.
21 Bless Adonai, all you His armies,
His servants who do His will.
22 Bless Adonai, all His works everywhere in His dominion.
Bless Adonai, O my soul!

Elizabeth greeted Miriam (Mary) with Joy

Update I learn about Psalms 103:11, 13 regard Psalms 103:17 we all first read:

Psalms 103:11 TLV For as high as the heavens are above the earth,
so great is His mercy for those who fear Him.

Psalms 103:13 TLV As a father has compassion on his children,
so Adonai has compassion on those who fear Him

    on those who revere Him,
His righteousness to children’s children, …

This above verses refer Luke 1:50 TLV

And His mercy is from generation to generation
to the ones who fear Him.

Elizabeth Greets Miriam with Joy on Luke 1:39-55 TLV

39 Now in those days, Miriam got up and quickly traveled into the hill country, to a town in Judah. 40 She entered Zechariah’s home and happily greeted Elizabeth. 41 When Elizabeth heard Miriam’s greeting, the unborn child leaped in her womb; and Elizabeth was completely filled with the Ruach ha-Kodesh42 She then cried out with a great shout, saying, “You are blessed among women, and blessed is the fruit of your womb. 43 Who am I, that the mother of my Master should come to me? 44 For even when I just heard the sound of your greeting in my ear, the unborn child leaped with joy in my womb. 45 Blessed is she who trusted that there would be a fulfillment of those things spoken to her by Adonai.”

46 Then Miriam said,

“My soul magnifies Adonai,
47 and my spirit greatly rejoices in God, my Savior.
48 For He has looked with care upon the humble state of His maidservant.
For behold, from now on all generations will call me blessed.
49 For the Mighty One has done a great thing for me,
and holy is His name.
50 And His mercy is from generation to generation
to the ones who fear Him.
51 He has displayed power with His arm
He has scattered the proud in the thoughts of their hearts.
52 He has brought down rulers from thrones
and exalted humble ones.
53 He has filled the hungry with good things
and sent away the rich empty-handed.
54 He has helped His servant Israel,
remembering His mercy,
55 just as He spoke to our fathers,
to Abraham and to his seed forever.”

YHWH/Yeshua: The Eternal One King reign eternity of eternities. Yeshua means YHWH is Salvation. One Everlasting Savior!
Without Yeshua, No Eternal Life and No Ruach (Spirit). Warning toward self righteous Pharisees nowadays Yeshua spoke self righteous Pharisees on John 5 36 “But the testimony I have is greater than that from John. The works the Father has given Me to finish—the very works I am doing—testify about Me, that the Father has sent Me. 37 And the Father who sent Me has testified concerning Me. You have never heard His voice nor seen His form. 38 Nor do you have His Word living in you, because you do not trust the One He sent. 39 You search the Scriptures because you suppose that in them you have eternal life. It is these that testify about Me. 40 Yet you are unwilling to come to Me so that you may have life!
