Numbers 8:1-2

“Now YHWH spoke to Moses, saying, ‘Speak to Aaron and say to him, “When you set up (behaalotecha – בְּהַעֲלֹתְךָ) the lamps, the seven lamps shall give light in front of the Menorah.”’”
