Jeremiah 6:16 TLV
Thus says Adonai:
“Stand in the roads and look.
Ask for the ancient paths—
where the good way is—and walk in it.
Then you will find rest for your souls.[a]
But they said, ‘We won’t walk in it.’
[a] verse 16 refers Matthew 11:29 TLV

Matthew 11:29 TLV
29 Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and ‘you will find rest for your souls.’

My spiritual journey learn to satisfy the Living Word/Torah (DaBaR) from Tanakh (OT) to Brit Chadasha (NT). DaBaR (dalet-bet-resh) means speak, word(s), answer, talk, ….teach. This verse means Yeshua says Take My teachings (words) shoulder on you (me, you all). Very spiritual mantle (Yeshua) of Abba YHWH. Yeshua (Yeshua means YHWH is Salvation) is the Living Word is Eternal. Spirit and Eternal Life. Spiritual Inner very shalom. Without Yeshua I have no life according John 1:4, John 6:63 & Hebrews 4:12.
