The Arm of YHWH (The LORD):
Rav Shaul (Paul) spiritually comprehended quoting from Isaiah 53:1 on Romans 10:16 TLV we all read Romans 10 TLV.
Romans 10:14-16 TLV
14 How then shall they call on the One in whom they have not trusted? And how shall they trust in the One they have not heard of? And how shall they hear without someone proclaiming? 15 And how shall they proclaim unless they are sent? As it is written, “How beautiful are the feet of those who proclaim good news of good things!” [i]16 But not all heeded the Good News. For Isaiah says, “Adonai, who has believed our report?” [j]17 So faith comes from hearing, and hearing by the word of Messiah.

I spiritually agree and comprehended Isaiah 53:1 reveals us deep foreshadowing of Yeshua haMashiyach all whole nations:
YHWH/Yeshua/Torah: Yeshua was “an arm” of YHWH. The arm is not a separate part of the body; it does only what the brain commands it to do. The arm extends (connects) through the hand. Make sense?
The Scroll of Isaiah foretold that the Israelites would reject Yeshua. Rav Shaul quoted from Isaiah 53, which is a powerful message about Yeshua.
Yeshua is MarYHWH (Master YHWH in Aramaic) warn me, you all:
False teachers won’t satisfy the Living Word (Yeshua) of YHWH and twist more nowadays heretic teachings are dangerous destroying more astray believers lost faith denying this salvation. Red flag!
This Salvation: Yeshua means YHWH is Salvation. Our Eternal Savior is One.

By the Name of Yeshua haMashiyach ha-Natzrati (Nazareth) on Acts 4:5-12 TLV
5 On the next day, the rulers and elders and Torah scholars were gathered together in Jerusalem. 6 Annas the kohen gadol was there, and Caiaphas and John and Alexander, and all those who were of high-priestly descent. 7 When they had placed Peter and John in their midst, they began to inquire, “By what power or in what name did you do this?”
8 Then Peter, filled with the Ruach ha-Kodesh, said to them, “Rulers and elders of the people! 9 If we are on trial today for a mitzvah done for a sick man, as to how this fellow was healed, 10 let it be known to all of you and to all the people of Israel, that by the name of Yeshua ha-Mashiach ha-Natzrati—whom you had crucified, whom God raised from the dead—this one stands before you whole. 11 This Yeshua is ‘the stone—rejected by you, the builders—that has become the chief cornerstone.’ [a] 12 There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved!”
“This righteousness from God comes through faith in Yeshua Messiah to all who believe.” (Romans 3:22)
Ephesians 2:8–9 says, “For it is by grace you have been saved through faith. It is not from yourself or anything you’ve done, but the gift of God.” Salvation, therefore, is a free gift of grace from God.

The mystery foreshadow telling of Isaiah 53 about Yeshua haMashiyach Our Greatest Shepherd of all nations including me, you:
Isaiah 53:6 TLV We all like sheep have gone astray. Each of us turned to his own way. So Adonai has laid on Him the iniquity of us all.
We all see above verse 6 demonstrates …gone astray. Lack of spiritual comprehension is most problem majority today’s nowadays not satisfyingly reading the Word of YHWH.
Pray, ask thru Ruach haKodesh guide me, you all and Read whole Bible wholeheartedly.
John 10:1-21 TLV The Faithful Hear the Shepherd’s Voice
10 “Amen, amen I tell you, he who does not enter the sheepfold by the door, but climbs in some other way, is a thief and a robber. 2 But he who enters through the door is the shepherd of the sheep. 3 To him the doorkeeper opens, and the sheep hear his voice. The shepherd calls his own sheep by name and leads them out.
4 “When he has brought out all his own, he goes ahead of them; and the sheep follow him because they know his voice. 5 They will never follow a stranger, but will run away from him, for they do not know the voice of strangers.” 6 Yeshua told them this parable, but they did not understand what He was telling them.
7 So Yeshua said again, “Amen, amen I tell you, I am the gate for the sheep. 8 All those who came before Me are thieves and robbers, but the sheep did not listen to them. 9 I am the gate![a] If anyone comes in through Me, he will be saved. He will come and go and find pasture. 10 The thief comes only to steal, slaughter, and destroy. I have come that they might have life, and have it abundantly!
11 “I am the Good Shepherd.[b] The Good Shepherd lays down His life for the sheep. 12 The hired worker is not the shepherd, and the sheep are not his own. He sees the wolf coming and abandons the sheep and flees. Then the wolf snatches and scatters the sheep. 13 The man is only a hired hand and does not care about the sheep.
14 “I am the Good Shepherd. I know My own and My own know Me, 15 just as the Father knows Me and I know the Father. And I lay down My life for the sheep. 16 I have other sheep that are not from this fold; those also I must lead, and they will listen to My voice. So there shall be one flock, one Shepherd.
17 “For this reason the Father loves Me, because I lay down My life, so that I may take it up again. 18 No one takes it away from Me, but I lay it down on My own. I have the authority to lay it down, and I have the authority to take it up again. This command I received from My Father.”
19 Again a division arose among the Judeans because of these words. 20 Many of them were saying, “He has a demon. He’s insane! Why listen to Him?” 21 Others said, “These are not the sayings of someone who is plagued by a demon. A demon cannot open the eyes of the blind, can it?”
